2. Digital Products

All products sold on Pixelflip are digital goods only. There is no physical delivery of any kind. Products are provided “as-is” and delivered via download link immediately following purchase confirmation.

Purchased downloads may also be accessible through your Pixelflip account when you create or use one with the same checkout email. That access is part of our current delivery method, not a promise of perpetual hosting, lifetime storage, or indefinite availability of every file through the site.

3. Sales Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. For issues with a purchase (e.g., corrupted file, wrong product delivered), contact us at team@pixelflip.madethis.app within 7 days.

Unless a product page explicitly says otherwise, your purchase does not include free future updates, expanded editions, or ongoing support beyond the file-access and issue-resolution process described in these terms.

4. License & Permitted Use

Pixelflip products are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal use only.

Personal use only. You may print and use purchased files for your own personal planning, household organization, journaling, budgeting, or creative use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or claim ownership of the files or designs.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital products, designs, and content available on Pixelflip are the exclusive intellectual property of Pixelflip. No ownership of intellectual property is transferred upon purchase — only the limited license described above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that files will meet every specific need or be error-free in all environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelflip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site.
